Global Robotics Institute
– UI/UX, Video editing
Florida Hospital’s Global Robotics Institute is a unique facility. Home to the highest number of robotic-assisted specialties in one place, it is run by the most innovative, experienced global leaders in the field of robotic-assisted surgeries. GRI approached us (Royall Adv.) in 2015 for a website redesign to carry their message in a clean and concise way while improving their site speed and mobile experience, as more and more of their traffic was originating from mobile devices.

A New Vision.
Our challenge was to organize such a large volume of information in a clean and navigable way while communicating the message that this is one of the most prestigious, cutting edge facilities in the world, run by the most experienced world class surgeons in their fields.

User Testing
We conducted user testing on the original site and used this feedback during the design and development process. Before the launch of the new site, we conducted another round of user testing to asses any potential issues. Users could easily navigate the site and their feedback regarding both the site design and the messaging was overwhelmingly positive.

Video Edit
A looping background video was part of our proposal for the new home page. I put together a looping 30 second video using clips from footage GRI already owned.
Instead of making this page scroll endlessly, here is a peek at some of my work regarding this project.
